Our apartments are located in prime locations in Warsaw, such as Foksal Street, near Daszyński Roundabout (2nd metro line), or Powiśle—right in the city center. We offer 20 apartments ranging from 30 m² to 120 m², suitable for both small groups and larger parties of a dozen or more. For bigger groups, we recommend our spacious, duplex apartments.
Every apartment features:
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob).
- Single and double beds tailored to the number of guests.
- Fresh bedding, towels, tableware, Wi-Fi, and a TV.
- A terrace or balcony for fresh air.
- Interiors designed to the highest standards for maximum comfort.
Rules and rental procedures:
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments; however, GLO and IQOS devices are allowed (depending on the apartment).
- A standard security deposit of 300-500 PLN is required (depending on the apartment). This amount is refunded after the apartment is inspected on the check-out day or transferred back to your account on the first working day after your stay.
- Check-in is from 3 PM/4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM/11 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, just let us know—we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs!
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
- No sticking decorations with tape on walls or using confetti.
