A unique beach picnic in Warsaw, planned with your friend or loved one in mind, is the perfect way to create unforgettable memories. You’ll enjoy a private, atmospheric setting that will spark your imagination. As a gift, each pair of participants will receive a bottle of sparkling wine (the number of bottles is tailored to the group size – 1 wine = 2 people). You can also bring your own alcohol – a corkscrew will be provided. The pleasant atmosphere will be complemented by subtle music from a boombox, which you can connect to via Bluetooth. The entire space will be decorated in a boho style: umbrellas, elegant tables with tablecloths, pillows, blankets, candles, glasses, napkins, and LED light balls will be waiting for you. The dinner on the central section of the Vistula River beach lasts two hours, with the option to extend for an additional fee (50 euros for each additional hour).

The finger food menu includes: mini burgers, mini pizzas, mini wraps, skewers, cheese boards (e.g., mozzarella, camembert, blue cheese), and for larger groups, sushi, fruits, and a sweet buffet. If you have your own cake, just remember to bring disposable plates and forks – we’ll be happy to serve it. If you order our cake, you don’t have to worry about such details – we provide everything, including a cake sparkler. The evening will be overseen by our elegant coordinator, who will lead an icebreaker game and organize a memorable photo session. This way, you don’t have to worry about anything – just enjoy the magic of the moment with your friends.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Two days before the event, we monitor the forecast, and if necessary:

• We provide a large tent (cost: 100 euros),
• Move the event to your apartment, house, or our apartment (if to our apartment, an additional fee applies),
• Reschedule for a new date.
