- Please provide the date, time, flight number, and your destination address in Warsaw. We kindly ask that the contact person keeps their phone turned on, so the minibus driver can easily reach you upon arrival at Chopin Airport in Warsaw.
- Delays at Modlin Airport (WMI) happen often, which can unfortunately cause inconvenience. But no worries – we will always pick you up later, at no extra charge. The driver will wait for your delayed arrival and transport you to Warsaw (40 km away). Thanks to our large fleet of minibuses in Warsaw, we are flexible and able to adapt to changes in your flight schedule.
- If you already know about a delay before departing from your home airport, please inform the driver directly (we’ll send you their contact number in advance) or notify our office by email.
- It’s not unusual for someone to join your group last minute, which can often be tricky. With us, it’s not a problem.
- If your group size increases, just let us know in advance and we’ll arrange a larger vehicle for your Modlin Airport transfer – at no extra charge for changing the bus. You’ll only pay for the additional passenger upon arrival.
- It also works the other way – if someone cancels, you won’t be charged for the absent passenger, as long as you let us know beforehand.
