Choosing one of our 6 villas is an excellent decision! At your disposal, we offer 300–1000 m² of luxurious space in a three-level villa (depending on the villa), where you’ll find everything you need to organize an epic party. You can host a pre-party, after-party, or the main event without worrying about neighbors, loud music, or dancing (depending on the villa). A villa with a pool, pond, jacuzzi, or sauna awaits!
We are the only ones on the market who do not prohibit bachelor, bachelorette, or birthday groups in our villas – they are designed for this purpose. The rental day starts at 3/4 PM and ends the next day at 11/12 AM (depending on the villa). If you need to CHECK IN/OUT EARLIER/LATER, let us know – no problem! We only ask that you AVOID USING CONFETTI and throwing chairs from the terrace 🙂
Most villas or houses are located on the outskirts of Warsaw, up to 25 minutes by car from the city center. We offer villas for one, two, or more nights. A total of 6 villas/houses are available. All feature a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, stove), single and double beds adjusted to the group size, so everyone can rest after a night of fun. Fresh bedding, tableware, TV, toiletries, iron, ironing board, etc., are also provided. On the balcony/terrace, you can enjoy fresh air. All rooms are finished to a high standard.
When renting a villa in Warsaw, we charge a deposit of 250–500 euros (depending on the villa) to cover potential damages – this is a standard procedure for any accommodation facility. The funds are refunded immediately after the villa is returned and checked for any damage on the day of check-out (upon inspection by the coordinator) or sent back to the account on the first working day after the rental, from which the booking person made the reservation payment.
Our villas are extremely popular, especially among organizers of bachelor, bachelorette, and birthday parties. To ensure your desired dates are available, we encourage you to book in advance.
